- Consulate
- Consulates are generally under the command of local embassies.
- The consulate carries out non-political issues
- Such as protecting nationals living abroad, promoting friendly trade, supervising domestic aircraft and ships, and administrative tasks for the sending country (e.g. visa issuance).
- Also handles overseas elections under the supervision of the National Election Commission.
- Protects the status and property of civilians engaged in commerce and industry (e.g., trade) and handling civil complaints and disputes in foreign countries
